Acceptable Use Policy

NiuProxy services are provided only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") summarizes what you may and may not do with our proxies. It forms part of our Terms of Service; if anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Permitted Uses

• Collecting publicly available web data in compliance with each website's terms and applicable laws.
• SEO and SERP monitoring, including localized search results.
• Public price and product monitoring for e-commerce analytics.
• Verifying how your own ads and landing pages appear to users in different regions.
• Testing and QA of your own websites and apps from specific locations or mobile networks.
• Market and brand research based on publicly available information.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use, or help any third party use, NiuProxy services for:

• Multi-account registration, bulk account creation, account warming, or evading account bans or platform enforcement.
• Ad fraud, click fraud, fake traffic, fake reviews, fake engagement, or any other deceptive marketing activity.
• Circumventing a platform's security, risk-control, anti-bot, CAPTCHA, or access-control measures, or evading geographic licensing restrictions.
• Collecting personal data without a lawful basis, or scraping content in violation of copyright or a website's terms.
• Spam, phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, malware distribution, scanning, DDoS, or other attacks.
• Cloaking or showing different content to ad platform reviewers than to regular users.
• Any activity that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws and regulations.

3. Customer Verification (KYC)

We may ask you to verify your identity or describe your intended use before activating or continuing service, especially for high-volume or high-risk usage.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor traffic patterns, request rates, and target domains to detect abuse. If we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, we may throttle traffic, block specific targets, suspend or terminate the account without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse of our network, email support@niuproxy.com with the IP address, timestamps (with time zone), and a description of the activity.
